SpaceX plans return to space by November

Although speculation continues to circle around the explosion of the Space X Falcon 9 rockets with the most fascinating theory by far being the potential that space aliens beamed the rocket, many more plausible alternatives exist including a leak of propellant fuel, metal on metal contact sparking just enough initial flame, or a buildup of oxygen.

As we previously reported, SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket burst into flames September 1, destroying the vehicle and the $200 million Amos-9 satellite.

"Still working on the Falcon fireball investigation".

Last week, SpaceX Chief Executive Elon Musk tweeted that the fiery explosion was turning out to be the "most hard and complex failure" in company history.

On Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) Twitter, Musk has pleaded for the public's cooperation with the investigation, noting that any photos or videos relating to the recent incident can be of great help.

SpaceX is leading the investigation with help from the Federal Aviation Administration, NASA and the Air Force.

A massive fireball erupted during a prelaunch test September 1 at the company's main launch pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The rocket was scheduled to blast off two days later. Why Falcon 9 exploded still remains a mystery. Nevertheless, such a rigorous timeframe is consistent with SpaceX's accelerated operational tempo, and it did receive praise from NASA in 2015 after quickly returning to flight following an upper stage failure with the Falcon 9 rocket.

Israel's Space Communication, which lost the satellite in the inferno, said Sunday it could seek $50 million or a free flight from SpaceX. SpaceX is still trying to determine the cause of the explosion and said it is continuing to "thoroughly investigate".

"We remain fully confident in the results of (that) investigation".

SpaceX said last week it was looking to shift its Florida launches to a almost completed pad at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, adjacent to its Cape Canaveral site. Photographs of the wrecked booster at the launch pad already surfaced, but experts say the launch pad is the least of the problem for SpaceX today.
