Lonzo Ball Will Workout For Los Angeles Lakers On June 7

Lonzo Ball's workout with the Lakers was originally scheduled for June 9, but a conflict schedule forced the franchise to reschedule it to June 7 instead, a source said. The Lakers own two first round picks in the 2017 NBA Draft; the No. 2 overall selection and No. 28. According to the latest rumors, the team might not draft Lonzo Ball as expected, and Los Angeles could trade one of the point guards that are already on their roster. "I think here, all I know is if I were an National Basketball Association team looking at Lonzo Ball, I'm not sure how much consideration I'd give to his father".

"I think ultimately the issue is, how much game does Lonzo have, how great a player can he be".

It seems fated, as Lonzo's controversial father LaVar Ball declared in May that his son will only work out for the Lakers.

Competing bidders can offer restricted free agent Noel a four-year max deal, also worth 25 percent of the cap and also starting at $25.25 mil, but with just five-percent annual raises, equaling about $108.575 million over four years.

He added: "I guess the story becomes more intriguing in that if he goes to the Lakers, he could've doubled his deal and made a decision to pass". Well, of course, guys want to come in and take it to him.

The Sixers decided in February that they weren't going to deal with Nerlens Noel's restricted free agency, so they shipped him to Dallas at the National Basketball Association trade deadline.

His rambunctious remarks, however, didn't prevent him from meeting with Nike, Adidas and Under Armour in order to pitch his billion-dollar plan for his family's Big Baller Brand apparel company. Speaking of which, that was the sound many observers thought they heard in a video Tuesday, in which LaVar Ball responded to a long-distance-shooting challenge from Ice Cube.
