Cell phone video captures shooting inside Nissan dealership

Two bounty hunters and the suspect they were chasing are both dead after a shootout in a northeast Texas vehicle dealership.

Ramon Michael Hutchinson, shown in the photo provided by the sheriff's office in Hennepin County, Minn., and two bounty hunters were killed during a hail of gunfire at a Texas auto dealership Tuesday night.

A police department account indicated that, shortly after 7 p.m., Hutchinson was approached by Bernal and Garcia, who drew their weapons and began giving Hutchinson commands. That's when the target pulled out a gun and started to fire, police said. The bounty hunters fired back, a total of about 20 shots in succession in just six seconds, the Morning News says.

A shooting last night at a Nissan dealership in the Dallas region left three people dead. He says his agency will hunt for up to 50 fugitives at a time and work for a dozen bail bond companies.

But Sanchez said the investigators should have shot Hutchinson when he reached for his gun because it was clear he meant to use it.

Fox News has obtained video footage of the moment where several shots ring out.

All three reportedly died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds. Ford said the first two men initially represented themselves as federal agents but may have been bounty hunters.

Peters said he didn't know Bernal, 33, but had been friends with Garcia for a decade and said he would not misrepresent himself.

Peters identified Fidel Garcia Jr.as one of the private investigators who was killed.

"The person who was wanted for heinous violent crime against law enforcement officers in the state of MN dictated the outcome of that based on his actions by reaching for a firearm in that vehicle dealership", Peters, who knew Garcia personally, said.

"He was just really shady", Buck said. Peters said he finds it hard to believe the two would have claimed to be federal agents.

The bounty hunters should have notified local law enforcement, he says, if they were planning to move on a fugitive with an aggravated felony.
