Samsung Galaxy Note 8: Check out specifications, price, release date

Just a month after the Galaxy Note 7 was launched in August of 2016, Samsung was forced to pull the product due to faulty batteries that exploded. The smartphone will go on sale from July 10, 11:59 pm onwards. The 2017 S-Pen phablet is the first to release following the October 2016 discontinuation of the Galaxy Note 7. It should be able to handle multitasking pretty easily with 4GB of RAM, and it comes with 32GB of internal storage which that can be increased up to 256GB with a microSD card. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has a larger PLS capacitive display of 5.7-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 386 ppi. The device comes with a 13MP rear and front camera. Samsung claims that the camera clicks brilliant pictures under all light conditions. It won't be sold offline, at least initially, said Samsung. The Instant Share and Edit feature enables instant sharing of pictures with a single click on pinned social media applications.

Sandeep Singh Arora, Vice President, Online Business, Samsung India told in a statement that, "Today consumers use their smartphones to capture memories". The smartphone sports a metal unibody design runs Android Nougat. Samsung unveiled Galaxy Note FE four days back. The company says the Social Camera Mode also lets users utilise live stickers.

The image shows two camera lenses next to each other on the rear, alongside a flash and a fingerprint sensor.

On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro-USB port. Further, the handset also supports Samsung Pay Mini, UPI-based payments and also integrates a mobile wallet.

Before the Galaxy Note 7 explosion, pundits and fans anticipated a time with Samsung flagships would have a battery capacity of 4,000mAh or more. That's pretty much sad because, at this price tag, you can easily find a smartphone with full HD display but Samsung has a clear focus in mind.
