A statement from the Waltham, Mass., Police Department said Wopat, 65, was arrested in his auto on a warrant late Wednesday.

As part of the conditions of his release, Wopat was ordered to stay away from Reagle Music Theatre, meaning he will not be a part of their production of "42nd Street". After actively searching for the actor, police pulled over Wopat who was in his Ford Bronco and then placed him under arrest. That's when they found a small bag of cocaine.

The actor denied touching anyone inappropriately, according to court documents. He has also been acting on Broadway and in regional theater productions.
