The day will be mostly sunny, but clouds will start to build in during the afternoon.

Wed: High: 89 Low: 62 Sunny. Temperatures to start out the day will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s. "However, Irma is SO LARGE, that life-threatening storm surge (10-15′ possible), damaging hurricane-force winds (up to about 130 mph), blinding rain, unsafe flooding (up to 25" - nothing like Harvey, but still very serious), and even tornadoes will all be possible throughout the ENTIRE state of Florida today through tomorrow, making this a very scary weekend for all Floridians. By Friday and into next weekend, models are looking much drier and even warmer to where we could see highs back to our average for this time of year. This is because of Irma moving further inland, near Tennessee.

Tonight: Mostly clear. Wind: S 10-15. We'll keep with plenty of sunshine, strong south winds, and warm temperatures in the upper 80s.

As Irma continues to weaken, it looks like it is going to stall out over western Tennessee. Despite a slight shift to the west, Irma will bring catastrophic wind damage, storm surge and torrential rain to the area beginning late tonight and continuing Sunday and into Monday. Jose is a category four hurricane located behind Irma.

"Instead, likely impacts from the remnants include 1-2" of rain with locally higher amounts along the eastern sides of the mountains.
