Knife-wielding man injures 4 people in Germany's Munich

Oct.21: Police in Munich, Germany, have arrested a man on suspicion that he was responsible for attacking four people with a knife in the city on Saturday.

Police had been looking for a male suspect around the underground station of Rosenheimer Platz in central Munich where the attack occurred.

Later, Munich police spokesman Marcus da Gloria Martins told reporters: "We have arrested a person who very strongly resembles the description by witnesses, but we can not confirm that he is the attacker". Four people received minor injuries in the attack.

Earlier, the Munich Police said on Twitter that officers were looking for the man "with all available police forces" but that his motive remained unclear. They said he was heavy, unshaven with short blond hair and had a black bicycle and a backpack.
