Fired worker arrested in Lambeau Field disturbance

Green Bay Police say a disgruntled former food service worker drove into his ex-colleague's auto, forcing it under a van in the Lambeau Field parking lot.

The driver, whose name has not been released but was identified as a 20-year-old Green Bay resident, was arrested six minutes after the incident began this afternoon.

Local ABC affiliate WBAY said that the first reports from the scene initially claimed there was an active shooter at Lambeau Field, but police have since said there were no guns involved.

Green Bay Police were called to Lambeau Field at about 1:07 p.m. The suspect had been fired from the company earlier in the month due to a fight with another employee. Also, officers are gathering in the area of the loading dock on the south end of the stadium.
