Kelly of sexual battery and giving her herpes

A 20-year-old woman has filed suit against singer R. Kelly, claiming he unlawfully gave her alcohol, assaulted her and gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

Her lawsuit also charges that Kelly "locked (Rodgers) in secluded areas including rooms, studios and motor vehicles, for extended periods of time in order to punish (her) for failing to please (him) sexually". They began to message each other frequently until R. Kelly flew her to one of his shows in NY.

During an interview for CBS This Morning, Faith claimed that after a couple of months of texts, phone conversations, and FaceTiming, Kelly flew her to NYC for a concert.

R. Kelly's management had no comment on the allegations when reached out to by EW.

Following a series of similar sexual misconduct allegations by former girlfriends, several music streaming services, from Spotify to Apple, have chosen to remove R Kelly's songs.

Allegedly, after the show, Kelly "bombarded" her hotel room and initiated "unwanted sexual contact", including oral and vaginal intercourse. She also claims that he "mentally, sexually, and verbally" abused her.

"Unfortunately, the facts and background of this case are not unique", said Rodgers' lawsuit.

R. Kelly is being sued by a woman who claims he knowingly infected her with an STD.

American singer-songwriter R Kelly has been sued for alleged sexual assault, false imprisonment, and failure to disclose an STD.

Kelly has denied any wrong doing and has not been charged with any crimes connected with women's the allegations. Not just, you know, he's demanding me to do this. The organization urged further investigation into the singer's behaviour, which has come under closer scrutiny over the past year in wake of the #MeToo movement, as women have come forward to accuse him of everything from sexual coercion to physical abuse.

"He has this type of, like, intimidation right off the bat".

During their alleged relationship, Rodgers claims Kelly advised her to call him "daddy" and would lock her in a van for hours at a time.

"I got 40 million motherf*ckers hating me and 40 billion motherf*ckers loving me", he said."And let me tell you something, imma take this musical sh*t and imma inject these motherf*ckers with this musical, lovely motherf*cking sh*t".

Rodgers believes that Kelly was planning on bringing her into a group of women who travel with him...a group of women he "raises".

An appearance at a concert in his native Chicago scheduled earlier this month was canceled after protests.
