‘Horseface' Stormy Daniels, ‘Tiny' Trump Trade Barbs After Court Decision

President Donald Trump posted a celebratory tweet on Tuesday about a federal judge's decision to dismiss adult film actress Stormy Daniels' defamation lawsuit against him.

Trump went on: "She will confirm the letter she signed!"

Daniels filed the defamation claim in April after she released a sketch purporting to show the man she says threatened her in 2011 to keep quiet about the alleged affair.

The judge ruled that a presidential tweet Ms Daniels said was defamatory was protected by the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech.

Cohen pleaded guilty in August to campaign finance violations alleging he coordinated with Trump on a hush-money scheme to buy the silence of Daniels and a Playboy model who alleged affairs. Bring everything you have, because we are going to demonstrate to the world what a complete shyster and liar you are.

Daniels's attorney, Michael Avenatti, responded by calling Trump a "disgusting misogynist" and an "embarrassment to the United States".

Mr Trump has denied any relationship with the actress. "How many other women did you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home?" he tweeted.

In an interview with CBS News earlier this year, Ms Daniels said a stranger had approached her while she was with her young daughter, and had threatened her. He argued Monday that Daniels has presented herself as Trump's "political adversary" in public and in court filings and that Trump has the right to respond to her claims. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), complained about the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 elections, and called porn star Stormy Daniels 'Horseface'. Daniels wrote. "And perhaps a penchant for bestiality".

He added, "Donald Trump suggests he can now "go after" Ms. Daniels and Mr. Avenatti in Texas".

Trump's jab at Daniels is the latest example of him using a woman's appearance to attack his female critics.

He said calling a person "horseface" is just not something that the president of the United States should be doing, likening it to when Trump mocked MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski as "low-I.Q., Crazy Mika" and ridiculed her supposed face-lift.
