Priyanka and Nick's wedding ceremony starts with traditional puja

Cape Town - Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra's pre-wedding festivities have officially kicked off.

Priyanka and Nick got engaged in August in a traditional roka ceremony at her residence in Mumbai.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas performed the first wedding ritual in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Joe Jonas along with fiance Sophie Turner was clicked wearing a pastel blue kurta alongside Turner who is wearing a traditional red embroidered kurta and yellow palazzo. Priyanka wore a lovely Manish Malhotra blue and white salwar - kameez whereas Nick was seen rocking a peachy pink kurta with white pyjama.

Apparently, Nick and Priyanka will host two grand wedding receptions, one in Delhi and the other in Mumbai. Both were seen in black sunglasses as Priyanka waved at the paparazzi when she came out of the vehicle.

The story is gone now but nothing ever really goes away on the internet and another Instagram user managed to capture and share the moment. After a cocktail party and a haldi ceremony, the lovebirds will finally tie the knot on 2nd December at Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur.

The Royal Wedding of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will take place at Umaid Bahwan Palace in Jodhpur. The mehendi and sangeet ceremonies will be held on November 29 and 30 at the same venue.

After dating for a few months, the adorable couple chose to seal their relationship with a traditional roka ceremony that was held in India.
